Accessing MiniMax Voicemail

There are two basic ways to retrieve your voicemail. You can use the phone that’s attached to your MiniMax or use an on-line PC and retrieve your messages via the Internet.

To listen to your messages on the phone attached to the unit, pick up your handset, dial 123 and follow the prompts. You’ll know there are voicemail messages once you hear the “stutter” tone when you pick up the handset. When you’re through just hang up. You can also dial 123 and follow the prompts to record your own personal greeting as many times as you wish.

To listen to your messages online, login to the online account centre - https://www.myaccountcenter.net/account/reseller/english/login.asp - and click the VoiceMail link. You can do this anywhere there is on-line access.

If you are in the United States, it’s also possible to retrieve your messages by phone, provided you are near to one of our access numbers (see below).

From any phone just dial the nearest access number. Once you hear the recorded announcement, press # and follow the instructions.
