As the authorized
distributor in Barbados for the Internet
Phone hardware we sell, TelecommsPlus fully
backs the manufacturer’s guarantee that
comes with your equipment. With proof of the
purchase date we will repair or replace any
such equipment that naturally fails within
the warranty period at absolutely no cost to
you.
For added peace of mind
we recommend you take advantage of one of
our special support packages.
Basic Package
For an annual subscription of $29.95 our
Basic support package offers you:
Unlimited software upgrades to enhance the
unit’s functionality;
Unlimited programming for new features such
as voice mail, call waiting, multiple
calling numbers, call blocking, call
forwarding, auto call back and switching
languages;
Free power supply replacement in case of
failure (value $49.50).
50% discount off the $150 minimum cost of
on-site service calls.
Max Package
For an annual subscription (see schedule
below), our Max support package offers you
all the features of the Max package, plus an
extended warranty on your unit for 12
months. This means if your unit fails to
operate properly outside of the original
12-month manufacturer’s warranty, you have
the peace of mind of knowing that it’s
“covered” for a further 12 months.

Registration for either
package is easy. Just call our Customer
Service Representative at 246-436-4204
between 9 am and 5pm Monday through Friday
and between 10 am and 12 noon on Saturdays,
holidays excluded.
By taking advantage of
one of these packages you avoid being
charged each time the unit needs service
outside of its warranty.
