How to
Change Your Username
Ensure the system is plugged in and properly
connected.
Lift telephone handset.
Press button on unit.
Press 5 on telephone
handset.
Press 4 (on telephone
handset).
Enter the username,
letter-by-letter or number-by-number, using
the telephone handset and the following
routine, remembering to press the # key
after each letter or number.
Assuming the username
is bgi42:
For the letter "b"
Press 2 three times (i.e. 222#). Listen on
the handset in each case to verify you've
entered the letter or number correctly. b.
For the letter "g" press 4 twice (44#) c.
For the letter "i" press 4 four times
(4444#) d. For the number 4, press 4 once
(followed by #) e. For the number 2 press 2
once (followed by #)
After entering the
letters or numbers, press # sign on
telephone keypad again and listen on the
handset as the system repeats the
information you've entered.
If it is accurate,
press 3 to save it, if not press 1 and start
again.
When finished, just
hang up.
