How to Change Your Username

Ensure the system looks like the one above and is plugged in and properly connected

Lift telephone handset

Press the Menu/Exit button

Press the down arrow once; when you see ISP Config press OK to select it

Press the down arrow once; when you see ISP User Name, press OK to select it

Enter the username, letter-by-letter or number-by-number, using the telephone handset and the following routine

Assuming the username is bgi42:

For the letter "b" Press 2 three times (i.e. 222). Check the screen in each case to verify you've entered the letter or number correctly. For the letter "g" press 4 twice (44) For the letter "i" press 4 four times (4444) For the number 4, press 4 once For the number 2 press 2 once

If it is accurate, press OK to save it

Press the Menu/Exit button until the display screen returns to the "Ready" mode
